Terms & Conditions

• 1. Booking and Payment
  All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
  To confirm a booking, payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. Failure to make payment within this time frame may result in the booking being forfeited.
  The payment link will be sent to the registered contact upon submission of the booking request.

• 2. No Refunds Policy
  Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellation or failure to attend.
  In the event that the clinic is canceled by Hamilton Aquatics, we will reschedule or offer a credit for future events.

• 3. Conduct and Behavior
  All participants must show respect and uphold the standards of behavior expected at Hamilton Aquatics and the hosting venue. Participants must conduct themselves befitting the event's caliber and the swimming competition. Any participant who fails to meet these expectations or displays inappropriate behavior may be removed from the conference without a refund. Respect for fellow coaches, hosts, and event staff is paramount to maintaining a positive and professional environment.
  

By participating in the Hamilton Aquatics Coaches' Conference, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
